A joint venture between The Concordia Group and HOW Properties acquired The Abigail Vare School in the spring of 2017. The development plan includes the adaptive reuse of the historic school building into 42 market rate loft apartments and ground-up construction of 5 fee simple townhomes located on the former playground. Construction commenced in the summer of 2017 and will be completed in the Fall of 2018.

In a venture with Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation and the Trammell Crow Company, The Concordia Group is developing a 42 acre parcel in the District of Columbia into a 425,000 square retail power center. Costco, Lowes and Marshalls serve as the anchor tenants within the project. Site development commenced in 2012 and first occupancy occurred in the 4th quarter of 2012. The project shall be completed by the Fall of 2016.
