Abigail Vare School

A joint venture between The Concordia Group and HOW Properties acquired The Abigail Vare School in the spring of 2017. The development plan includes the adaptive reuse of the historic school building into 42 market rate loft apartments and ground-up construction of 5 fee simple townhomes located on the former playground. Construction commenced in the summer of 2017 and will be completed in the Fall of 2018.
