A joint venture between The Concordia Group and HOW Properties, the Abigail Vare School was acquired in the spring of 2017. The development included the adaptive reuse of the historic school building into 42 luxury apartments and 5 for-sale townhomes located on the former playground. Construction was completed in 2019 and the property is fully occupied.
