The Concordia Group and Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation obtained zoning approval for 42 fee simple townhomes in the fall of 2013. Sales commenced in 2015, and were completed in 2016. The homes are located on Fort Lincoln Drive and have sweeping views of the city.
