Harmony Isles

Harmony Isles was a 124-acre unentitled parcel situated in Indian River County. The Concordia Group successfully navigated a complex entitlement process — most notably the challenge of the property being bifurcated by the urban service boundary — to secure approvals for 384 residential units. The community was designed as a mixed-product neighborhood featuring townhomes and single-family homes, complemented by an amenity center and a pedestrian-friendly outdoor environment. Upon achieving full entitlement, Concordia Group executed a successful disposition of the community to Lennar Homes.
